One of the worst pubs meals I've had in years. To be honest we should have known better when we saw the uncleared tables and were told it was a 40 minute wait, when the pub was exactly busy.
My partner's steak came out stone cold and had to be sent back, the mushroom was cremated and the veg also cold.
My chicken was no more than ok, but my veg was also stone cold.
To be fair to the young lad behind the bar, he did knock some money off the bill, but's theres no chance of us ever setting foot in the place ever again

That bloke above is totally wrong, he must have visited the mighty Fox and Grapes on a bad day, many a day in August have I visited the Fox (Weasel) & Grapes for a nice bitter shandy with a side order of Scampi and Chips I find the place an absoloute delight, the bar staff are lovely to speak to and the food is lovely. The only complaint that i have is that they only have the telegraph to read.. Tory blighters !!!
