Duties: To provide advice, support and assistance to both internal and external customers delivering a premier customer service at all times. Make contact with claimants by phone and letter to arrange/remind them of imminent appointment, confirm attendance or reschedule as appropriate. Updating of records on the computer system. Assembling and building appointment schedules. Dealing with telephone enquiries and faxes. Opening and sorting post. Skills required: Customer Services/Reception and Administrative experience.
