Working in this call centre we require 10 people to deal with holiday insurance claims. You will be required to call existing policy holders and sort out their claims. No cold calling involved. Call handling skills and computer literacy is essential as well as a good clear telephone manner. This position starts on monday and will initialy be working hours of 9 - 5.30.
