BBC Radio Leeds is one of the BBC's most successful local radio stations. We're looking for an Assistant Editor to keep us ahead of the field.
You'll assist, support and deputise the Editor across the range of services in the area, and co-ordinate the day to day running of the station and its two Where I Live sites in Leeds and Bradford.
You'll need a minimum 5 years' broadcast journalism experience with the ability to originate and develop innovative programme ideas. You'll also need strong leadership skills, sound organisational skills, a good knowledge of finance and project management alongside an understanding of local audience needs. Ref: 60160/WW
